Role Purpose The Plant HR Lead will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations at the plant, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes, statutory compliance, employee relations, workforce planning, talent management, engagement initiatives, and industrial relations. The role acts as a strategic partner to the Plant Leadership Team to drive productivity, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
