Role Description The Plant Head is a full-time, in office leadership role based in Ghaziabad, responsible for end-to-end management of plant operations in a composite manufacturing environment. This role oversees daily production planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimization to meet delivery, cost, and quality targets.

The Plant

Head ensures strict adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards, coordinates with R&D;, engineering, and maintenance teams, and drives continuous improvement initiatives across processes and systems.

Responsibilities include monitoring production metrics, resolving operational issues,



managing budgets, and maintaining compliance with relevant certifications and customer requirements. The role also involves leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, and collaborating with senior management on strategic capacity planning and technology upgrades.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in plant operations and production management, with experience leading complex manufacturing facilities.
- Proficiency in production planning and scheduling to optimize capacity, resources, and on-time delivery.
- Hands-on experience with quality control and related systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications.
- Capability in budgeting, cost control, and resource management to meet financial and operational goals.
- Background in composite or advanced materials manufacturing, aerospace/defense production, or similar high-precision industries is highly preferred.
- Proven leadership skills, including team development, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with experience in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, customers, and auditors.
