Key responsibilities

- Run the whole plant, with responsibility for production, quality, safety and cost.

- Manage day-to-day operation of aluminium and copper furnaces (melting, refining, casting).

- Plan production, raise recovery/yield and reduce melting loss, fuel use and downtime.

- Handle furnace maintenance, refractory, burners and process improvement.

- Ensure safety, pollution control and compliance (GPCB, factory rules).

- Lead supervisors, operators and technicians.

- Report production, stock and cost figures to management.

Requirements

- Hands-on knowledge of aluminium and copper furnace technology (rotary, reverberatory, induction, etc.).

- Experience leading a team of 30+ people.

- Positive knowledge of factory and environmental compliance.

- Diploma/B.Tech in Metallurgy,



Mechanical or Chemical Engineering preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
