- Develop custom business rules, forms, layouts, and user interfaces.
- Configure Planon solutions based on business requirements.
- Perform application enhancements and customization activities.
- Support platform upgrades, patches, and migrations
- Design and develop integrations between Planon and enterprise applications.
- Build and maintain REST API, Web Services, and middleware integrations.
- Support data synchronization with HR, ERP, Asset Management, and Facilities systems.
- Ensure data quality and integrity across integrated platforms.
- Provide application support for Planon incidents and service requests.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within SLA timelines.
