Planning Engineer

Focuses on technical scheduling, data analysis, and project baseline tracking.

- Schedule Development: Build master control schedules (WBS, logic networks, critical path) using software like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor daily/weekly progress against baseline and update Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics.
- Delay & Constraint Analysis: Identify critical path bottlenecks, analyze schedule variance, and log potential delays.
- Resource Loading: Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure feasibility across activity durations.
- Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly status reports, S-curves, and progress curves for management.

Planning Manager Focuses on high-level strategy, governance, team management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Strategic Planning: Establish overall planning strategies, frameworks,



and reporting standards for the project or portfolio.
- Risk & Mitigation: Lead quantitative schedule risk assessments and develop acceleration or recovery strategies.
- Resource Optimization: Oversee high-level resource leveling, budget alignment, and cash-flow forecasting.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Present status, claim impact analyses, and strategic solutions to clients, contractors, and executive leadership.
- Team Leadership: Manage and review the output of planning engineers, estimators, and project control personnel.

Preferred candidate profile Having Experience in High Rise, Residential and Commercial Building.

Having Knowledge of MS Projects.

Immediate Joiners Preferred(15 days)
