- Prepare and monitor project schedules, work plans and execution timelines.

- Coordinate with design, engineering, production and project execution teams.

- Monitor project progress against planned schedules and identify delays.

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.

- Ensure timely coordination between internal departments for project completion.

B.

Structural

Marketing & Business Development

- Identify and develop current business opportunities in structural steel fabrication and erection.

- Generate leads and approach potential clients, contractors, consultants and EPC companies.

- Understand client requirements and coordinate for technical and commercial proposals.

- Follow up on enquiries, quotations and business proposals.

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.

C.

Client

Services & Relationship Management





- Act as a point of contact for clients regarding project requirements and updates.

- Understand client specifications, expectations and project deliverables.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries and concerns.

- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with clients.

- Maintain client records, enquiry status and project-related documentation.

Educational

Qualification

- B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

- Candidates from a Mechanical Engineering background only will be preferred.

4.

Eligibility

Criteria

- Age Group: 2735 years.

- Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.

- Experience in structural steel fabrication, steel structures, industrial projects, infrastructure or EPC companies is preferred.
