A corporate-backed media and entertainment company — one of India's leading FM networks — operating across broadcast radio, digital podcasting and content production, and expanding its digital entertainment business.

The Role

We are looking for a P&L; Head to take full ownership of revenue, costs and profitability for the digital content business. You will lead growth and financial strategy, working across Content, Product, Growth and Finance and reporting to leadership and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take full ownership of revenue, costs and profitability.
- Drive content investment ROI, pricing strategy, partnerships and forecasting.
- Manage growth while controlling burn and improving unit economics.
- Lead cross-functional teams including Content, Product, Growth and Finance.
- Prepare and own reporting and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for leadership and investors.

What We're Looking For

- A P&L; owner or business unit head role, accountable for revenue, costs and profitability.
- Ownership of pricing strategy for a product or business.




- Led a business through growth while reducing burn or improving unit economics.
- Owned the AOP and business reporting to leadership or investors.

Must Haves: Managed content investments or content budgets and tracked their ROI.

Led revenue partnerships or strategic partnerships.

Worked in a digital entertainment, media or content business.
