About the Role

OnO Creators is looking for a skilled Performance Marketing professional with hands-on experience in running paid advertising campaigns and managing clients generated through marketing leads.

The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, campaign optimisation, and client handling. We are looking for someone who can manage campaigns as well as understand the complete lead journey, from lead generation to conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Generate quality leads through paid marketing campaigns while maintaining target CPL and campaign ROI.
- Handle and manage clients coming through marketing-generated leads.
- Understand client requirements, communicate campaign strategies, and provide regular updates.
- Coordinate with sales and business development teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data,



and optimise campaigns for better results.
- Manage advertising budgets, track key metrics, and prepare performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and overall marketing effectiveness.
- Manage client expectations, resolve campaign-related queries, and maintain strong client relationships.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven experience in lead generation campaigns and paid advertising.
- Experience handling clients and managing leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Good understanding of CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
- Strong analytical, communication, and client-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
- Experience working in a digital marketing or performance marketing agency is preferred.
