We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with practical experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The candidate should have a good understanding of paid advertising, lead generation, campaign management, and performance optimization.

Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or any other CRM platform will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Run Google Search, Display, Facebook, and Instagram ad campaigns.
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Manage lead generation campaigns and improve lead quality.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Track conversions using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Set up remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
- Manage and track leads through GHL or other CRM platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with the design team for ad creatives and campaign requirements.




- Monitor advertising budgets and identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Understanding of paid advertising and lead generation.
- Knowledge of keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Experience with GHL or any other CRM will be preferred.
- Good analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience managing lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and remarketing.
- Google Ads or Meta Ads certification is an added advantage.
