Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Payroll Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance. The candidate should have sound knowledge of payroll calculations, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS and other statutory regulations, including recent changes in salary structures and labour compliance.

The role requires an individual contributor who can independently manage payroll operations, ensure accuracy and meet monthly payroll deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, reimbursements and full & final settlements.
- Handle PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS and other statutory payroll compliances.
- Stay updated with changes in PF wage limits, salary structures, statutory deductions and applicable labour regulations.
- Handle employee salary queries and resolve payroll-related discrepancies.
- Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs, attendance, leave and employee data.




- Coordinate with finance and HR teams for salary disbursement and payroll reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate payroll records, MIS reports and statutory documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing while maintaining confidentiality.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing.
- Strong working knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and statutory compliance.
- Good understanding of salary components, CTC structures, deductions and statutory changes.
- Excellent MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and advanced formulas.
- Ability to independently manage payroll operations with minimal supervision.
- Strong numerical, analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Salary budget ₹40,000 per month.
