Are you a patent qualified with a strong mechanical or electromechanical background looking to grow with a leading IP firm?

We are expanding our Patents Team in New Delhi and inviting applications for:

Position: Patent Agent

Experience: 3–5 years PQE

Location: New Delhi (On-site)

What you will do

- Draft provisional and complete patent applications
- Handle patent prosecution matters before the Indian Patent Office
- Draft responses to examination reports and attend hearings
- Advise on prosecution strategy and related legal aspects under the Indian Patents Act
- Independently manage matters while contributing to long-term team growth

What we are looking for:
- Mechanical or Electromechanical technical qualification




- Strong knowledge of the Indian Patents Act and patent practice
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with keen attention to detail
- LL.B. qualification preferred
