Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Overseas Education Consultant. The consultant will guide prospective students and families through the process of selecting international education programs, universities, and countries based on academic background, career goals, and financial considerations. Daily tasks include conducting consultations via phone, email, and online meetings; explaining admission requirements, application processes, scholarship options, and visa procedures; and maintaining accurate records of inquiries and applications in the CRM system.

The role involves coordinating with partner institutions,



preparing and reviewing application documents, and ensuring timely submission of forms and supporting materials. The consultant will also provide ongoing support to students, respond to queries promptly, contribute to educational content and presentations, and collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and service quality.

Qualifications

- Strong Educational Consulting and Education-related knowledge, with the ability to advise on international programs, admissions, and study pathways.
- Experience in Consulting, including needs assessment, recommendation of solutions, and tailored guidance for diverse student profiles.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and build trust with students and families.
- Customer Service skills, demonstrating empathy, responsiveness, and a commitment to delivering a positive and supportive experience.
- Familiarity with overseas education systems, admission and visa processes, scholarships, and financial planning for international study.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in handling documents and deadlines.
- Comfort working in a remote workplace, using digital tools, CRM systems, and virtual meeting platforms effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business, International Relations, or a related field; prior experience in overseas education or student advisory services is an advantage.
