Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage OTC Senior Manager role with expertise in Accounts Receivable, Dispute Management, O2C Billing, O2C Cash Application, Team handling, and Team leading.

- Ensure productive processing of customer orders from receipt to cash application through effective communication with internal teams and external customers.

- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and reduce errors.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on best practices in accounts receivable management.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 12-20 years of experience in Order to Cash (OTC) domain with a strong background in Accounts Receivable, Dispute Management, O2C Billing, O2C Cash Application.

- Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A. / B.M.S., B.Com).

- Proven track record of working in an international environment with exposure to multiple ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
