We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to manage the brand’s online reputation while supporting sales. The role involves monitoring and responding to online customer feedback, managing reviews and queries across digital platforms, building strong customer relationships, and converting potential leads into sales.
- Monitor the brand’s online presence across platforms such as Google & social media.
- Respond professionally and promptly to customer reviews, comments, queries, and feedback.
- Maintain a positive and consistent brand image across all online platforms.
- Encourage satisfied customers to share their feedback and reviews.
- Track online customer sentiment and identify recurring concerns or areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on online reviews, ratings, customer feedback, and ORM performance.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Customer Service, and Sales teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Handle customer enquiries and leads received through social media channels.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from enquiry to purchase.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and online reputation management.
- Sales-oriented mindset with strong follow-up and conversion skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and effectively.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems, MS Excel, and reporting.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced and target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
