Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end customer order fulfilment activities, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, confirmations, and delivery updates.

- Coordinate with warehouses, logistics partners, shipping teams, and internal stakeholders for smooth shipment execution.

- Handle shipment planning, consolidation, containerization, and necessary shipping documentation.

- Monitor customer orders and assigned market portfolios to ensure delivery timelines and service commitments are met.

- Identify and resolve order, shipment, delivery, documentation, and system-related issues.

- Communicate regularly with customers and internal teams regarding order status, delays, and delivery-related concerns.

- Ensure compliance with internal processes, documentation standards, and operational controls.

- Track fulfilment performance, analyse service issues, and support root-cause analysis and process improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2+ years of experience

- End to End Order Management Experience

- SAP Experience is a mandate

- Excellent communication
