We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with robust expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Oracle Talent Management modules. The consultant will be responsible for understanding business requirements, conducting functional workshops, designing solutions, configuring Oracle HCM applications, testing, implementation and post-production support.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, specializing in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Talent Management modules.
- Responsible for requirement gathering, business process analysis, fit-gap analysis and functional solution design.
- Configure ORC modules, including job requisitions, career sites, candidate management, candidate selection processes, interview management and offer management.
- Implement and support Talent Management modules, including Goal Management, Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning and Career Development.




- Configure Talent Profiles, skills, competencies and employee development processes.
- Work on Core HR integrations with ORC and Talent Management.
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks and process documentation.
- Develop and support OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
- Work with HDL/HSDL, Fast Formula and HCM Security.
- Coordinate with technical teams for REST/SOAP integrations and custom requirements.
- Execute unit testing, SIT, UAT and support defect resolution.
- Support data migration, deployment, go-live and post-production activities.
- Handle production support tickets, troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver Oracle HCM solutions.
