We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant specializing in Payroll with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll configuration and Fast Formulas.
Candidates with Middle East Payroll Legislation experience are highly preferred. However, candidates with experience in any other country’s payroll legislation are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll modules.
- Demonstrate strong hands-on expertise in Payroll configuration and Fast Formulas.
- Work on payroll elements, balances, calculation cards, payroll flows, and related configurations.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Handle payroll-related issues, troubleshooting, testing, and validation.
- Support end-to-end payroll implementations, enhancements, and production support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective payroll solutions.
Required Skills
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll.
- Hands-on experience with Quick Formulas is mandatory.
- Middle East Payroll Legislation experience is preferred; other country legislation experience is acceptable.
- Good understanding of payroll configuration, processing, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
