Oracle EPBCS / EPM Cloud Senior Consultant

We are looking for experienced Oracle EPM Cloud / EPBCS professionals at the Senior Consultant level and above, with strong hands-on experience in implementing and delivering Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in Oracle EPBCS Planning modules, business rules, calculation manager, and Groovy scripting, along with a strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle EPBCS / EPM Cloud implementation projects.
- Design, develop, configure, and implement Oracle EPBCS Planning solutions.
- Work on Planning modules, including Workforce, CapEx/Projects, and Financials.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Calculation Manager components, and Groovy scripts.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective EPM solutions.
- Work closely with finance stakeholders to support budgeting,



forecasting, and financial planning cycles.
- Participate in application enhancements, integrations, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Mandatory Skills

- 6–10 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM Cloud / EPBCS.
- Robust hands-on experience in Oracle EPBCS implementation projects (Implementation experience is mandatory).
- Expertise in Planning modules – Workforce, CapEx/Projects, and Financials.
- Strong experience in Business Rules, Calculation Manager, and Groovy scripting.
- Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Experience in both implementation and support engagements.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Exposure to Oracle ARCS, FCCS, and Essbase.
- Experience in financial close and planning cycles.
- Knowledge of Oracle EPM integrations and application enhancements.
