Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant with solid expertise in Oracle EBS Financial modules and India Localization. The candidate will be responsible for handling finance-related support activities, requirement gathering, solution design, issue resolution, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer expectations and provide effective functional support.
- Handle finance-related issues across Oracle EBS Finance modules:
- GL (General Ledger)
- AP (Accounts Payable)
- AR (Accounts Receivable)
- CM (Cash Management)
- FA (Fixed Assets)
- Oracle Financial India Localization
- Provide solutions related to compliance and statutory changes enforced by the Government.
- Gather requirements from customers and business users.
- Design functional solutions based on business requirements.
- Resolve user queries and troubleshoot functional issues.
- Coordinate with business users and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Document requirements and brief internal teams on new enhancements or changes.
- Analyze issues, assess impacts, and recommend resolution roadmaps.
- Prepare and execute test scenarios to ensure effective delivery.
- Conduct user training sessions on Oracle EBS business processes.
- Ensure proper documentation and handover post-delivery.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Finance modules.
- Expertise in:
- GL
- AP
- AR
- FA
- CM
- India Localization
- Good understanding of finance fundamentals and accounting concepts.
- Experience handling India Localization activities including TDS, GST, and statutory compliance.
- Strong troubleshooting and issue analysis skills.
- Ability to assess customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Basic technical understanding of Oracle EBS internals for effective debugging.
- Experience working on support projects is preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
