- Configure and maintain Oracle Cloud HCM Global HR modules.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, transfers, promotions and termination.
- Configure enterprise structures and workforce structures.
- Support data migration, testing, and production issues.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective HCM solutions.
