- Bachelor's degree with 8 to 12 Years related experience.
- Strong design and hands-on experience with building enterprise applications and server-side.
- Experience developing AI tools, agents, and agentic workflows. Well versed with Langchain, Langgraph, Langfuse and similar AI frameworks. Must have knowledge about the latest and greatest wrt Gen AI.
- Extensive experience with contemporary JavaScript frameworks, Java, Application Servers, Docker Containers, Kubernetes and Rest Services, Spring, Struts, Hibernate and Oracle.
- Proficiency in server technologies including J2EE & RESTful API
- Hands on experience on developing front end applications using any modern JavaScript framework.




- Experience with Java based aspect-oriented programming techniques.
- Strong / deep understanding of Object-oriented design and associated modeling tools.
- Working knowledge of open-source technologies: Linux, Apache technologies.
- Experience developing SQL Server based applications is plus.
- Experience with building product installers and applications development is plus.
- Must be confident, highly motivated and passionate about delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Must have strong organization, communication (written and verbal) and planning skills.
- Must have extensive experience managing projects with Agile Scrum methodology.
