Job Responsibilities

- Conduct outreach activities and visit schools across West Bengal to generate leads and discuss career opportunities with students of Classes XI and XII.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with school principals, teachers, and other institutional stakeholders.
- Implement marketing strategies for student acquisition through seminars, counselling camps, and educational fairs.
- Generate and follow up on admission leads, achieving weekly and monthly targets in a performance-driven environment.




- Interact with prospective students and parents to provide guidance on academic programmes and career opportunities.
- Counsel prospective students and convert leads into confirmed admissions.
- Assist students in making informed decisions regarding their course and career choices.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate or above.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing within the education industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel across districts of West Bengal and deliver presentations at schools.
- Candidates must be willing to appear for a mock presentation and viva voce as part of the selection process.
