Job Responsibilities
- Online Customer Support
- Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram and other online platforms.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Product Assistance
- Help customers select the right products based on their requirements.
- Share product photos, videos, prices and available sizes.
- Explain product details, offers and combos.
- Order Management
- Assist customers with placing orders.
- Check product availability and stock.
- Coordinate with the packing and dispatch team.
- Courier Packing
- Help with packing online orders whenever required.
- Verify product, size and quantity before packing.
- Assist with courier dispatch.
- Retail Store Sales
- Attend walk-in customers.
- Explain products and help customers choose suitable products.
- Handle retail sales and maintain the showroom.
Candidate Requirements.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Friendly and customer-oriented attitude.
- Sales interest and willingness to learn.
- Flexible to handle multiple responsibilities.
- Experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
Note: This is a full-time, multi-responsibility role. Candidates should be comfortable handling online customer support, retail sales and packing assistance whenever required. Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
