Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and creative E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online business operations, marketplace platforms, and digital marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for driving online sales, improving brand visibility, managing product listings, executing marketing campaigns, and developing strategies to enhance overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce & Marketplace Management

- Manage and maintain online marketplace accounts such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, descriptions, images, keywords, and pricing.
- Monitor inventory, product availability, orders, returns, and customer queries.
- Ensure accurate product information and maintain marketplace account health.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Analyze marketplace sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue.

2. Digital Marketing & Online Promotion

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and online sales.
- Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Coordinate social media content, promotional creatives, and marketing activities.
- Assist in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns.
- Implement SEO strategies, keyword research, and website optimization.
- Develop promotional campaigns, festive offers, and seasonal marketing activities.

3. Sales & Business Growth

- Develop strategies to improve online sales, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
- Monitor sales reports, website traffic, advertising performance, and campaign results.




- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Work on customer retention, brand positioning, and online business expansion.
- Coordinate with internal teams to achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.

4. Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing performance reports.
- Track campaign budgets, advertising expenses, and return on investment (ROI).
- Maintain proper records of marketplace performance and marketing activities.
- Coordinate with design, content, sales, and operations teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience in E-Commerce operations and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplace platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking with a strong focus on sales and business growth.
