We are looking for an experienced Numerical Control (NC) Programmer to develop, implement, and verify Machine Control Data (MCD) and geometry for various manufacturing processes, supporting the manufacturing of metallic and composite parts and assemblies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and verify Machine Control Data (MCD) and geometry for various manufacturing processes.
- Create toolpaths using CATIA V5, UG-NX, or Mastercam.
- Work with multi-axis CNC machines.
- Troubleshoot CNC programs and solve programming-related problems.
- Understand and work with post-processors for various CNC machines.
- Customize and develop post-processors for multi-axis machines.
- Apply knowledge of composite machining and composite layup.
- Develop strategies for fixtures and raw material setup.
- Provide numerical control, machining, and programming expertise to support manufacturing.
- Establish technical requirements and guide the development and integration of current machining techniques, processes, and manufacturing methods.
- Prepare machine operator instructions and documentation for automated or numerically controlled equipment.




- Develop Vericut project templates to verify part program accuracy across various machining platforms.
- Create, modify, develop, implement, and verify Vericut simulation setups for different machining platforms.
- Use CGTech Vericut simulation software for machine and control building, including machine kinematics, to accurately represent the motion of machine tools and tooling.
- Apply critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 6+ years of work experience in aerospace NC programming, post-processing, and Vericut simulation.
- Hands-on experience with CATIA V5 and Vericut.
- Experience in Vericut machine and control building.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and Model-Based Definition (MBD).

Good-to-Have Qualifications

- Experience with Boeing products or commercial aircraft platforms.
- CAM certifications.

Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
