New Relic Observability Architect Experience: 8-10 Years

Job Summary Seeking a hands-on New Relic Observability Architect with strong experience in observability design, implementation, administration, and L3 production support. The role focuses on enterprise monitoring, telemetry management, platform governance, troubleshooting, and continuous observability improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement New Relic observability solutions across metrics, logs, traces, and events.
- Configure and administer Recent Relic APM, Infrastructure, Logs, Dashboards, and Alerts.
- Develop and optimize NRQL queries for monitoring, alerting, and analytics.
- Deploy and manage agents, instrumentation, integrations, and telemetry pipelines.
- Provide L3 support, RCA, and troubleshoot ingestion, telemetry, and alerting issues.
- Create and maintain HLDs, LLDs, runbooks, and governance standards.




- Onboard applications, servers, and infrastructure into New Relic.
- Monitor license utilization, data ingestion, and optimize observability costs.
- Drive adoption of distributed tracing, anomaly detection, and AI-based alerting.
