Network Security Engineer (L2) with hands-on experience in FortiGate and Palo Alto firewalls to support enterprise network security operations and incident management.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage FortiGate and Palo Alto firewall environments.
- Implement firewall rules, NAT, VPN (IPSec/SSL), and security policy changes.
- Troubleshoot network security incidents and escalate complex issues to L3 teams.
- Support FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, Panorama, and GlobalProtect operations.
- Perform log analysis, health checks, and firewall compliance activities.
- Execute approved changes and maintain operational documentation.
