Essential
- 1+ years of experience in network security operations, managed security services, telecom operations, hosting operations, or enterprise infrastructure support.
- Hands-on operational experience with firewalls such as Fortinet, Cisco, F5, Clavister, and NetGuard. (few firewalls is mandatory).
- Experience supporting F5 Load Balancers, including virtual servers, pools, nodes, monitors, SSL profiles, and traffic management.
- Working knowledge of proxy technologies such as Symantec/Broadcom Proxy and Blue Coat.
- Understanding of VMware Hypervisors and virtualised infrastructure hosting security appliances or supporting platforms.
- Positive understanding of incident, change, problem, and request fulfilment processes under ITIL framework
- Proven ability to manage complex technical incidents and customer-impacting changes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
