Responsible for supporting enterprise networking environments, troubleshooting complex network issues, and delivering technical consulting and operational support services for client infrastructure.

Troubleshoot routing, switching, firewall,



and wireless issues; Execute network changes and maintenance activities; Support cloud networking and load balancing technologies; Maintain documentation and audit activities; Mentor junior engineers and support escalations; Participate in on-call rotations and customer engagements
