Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead and manage in-office operations executives to ensure timely net metering file processing and target clearance.

DISCOM Liaisoning: Oversee end-to-end solar net metering applications, portal submissions, WCRs, CEIG approvals, and meter installations across DISCOMs (TSSPDCL, APEPDCL, etc.).

Documentation: Audit site documents, electricity bills, and SLDs to prevent portal rejections or delays.

Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate with project execution teams, finance (for fee payments), and field officers.

Reporting: Maintain real-time MIS trackers on application statuses and turnaround times (TAT).

Requirements

4–5 years of experience in Solar Net Metering documentation and DISCOM processes.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience managing a team.

Robust command over MS Excel / Google Sheets and operational tracking.
