Our client is a leading NBFC looking to build and scale its Loan Against Securities (LAS) franchise. The role will be instrumental in creating a profitable and sustainable business by driving growth, partnerships, product strategy, portfolio quality, and sales performance.

We are seeking an experienced business leader to head the Loan Against Securities business. The role will have end-to-end responsibility for business strategy, P&L;, sales, partnerships, portfolio management, product development, and market expansion.

The Successful Applicant

- 15 years of experience in Retail Assets or Secured Lending.

- 5 years of leadership experience in Loan Against Securities.

- Proven experience building and scaling a business vertical.

- Solid P&L; ownership and sales leadership experience.

- Experience working with Banks, NBFCs, Wealth Management Firms, Brokers, and Fintech ecosystems.
