Role OverviewContent Development & Data Management

- Create, format, and manage professional documents, presentations, and spreadsheets using MS Word and other productivity tools for academic and digital purposes.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance content quality, streamline research, and improve overall workflow efficiency.
- Carry out comprehensive research and verify information to ensure accuracy, reliability, and relevance.
- Collaborate with the design team to prepare infographics, charts, and other creative visual materials using Canva.
- Edit, proofread, and improve existing content to maintain clarity, consistency, accuracy, and professional standards.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure that the developed content aligns with project goals and specific requirements.

Student Support & Market Research

- Respond to online learners' queries and provide timely, professional assistance.
- Explore current trends, industry developments, and relevant topics to generate new and engaging content ideas.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and content-planning activities through research-based insights and suggestions.
- Assist in evaluating marketing activities, analyzing campaign performance,



and preparing reports highlighting important findings and improvement opportunities.

Learning & Development

- Receive comprehensive training in content development, writing, visual design tools, and AI-powered applications.
- Work on practical assignments and real-world projects to develop creative, analytical, communication, and technical abilities.
- Gain valuable industry exposure while learning to apply modern productivity and content development tools in a professional environment.

Eligibility Requirements

- Candidates pursuing or holding a degree in Commerce or a related discipline will be given preference.
- Good writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills, along with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English, with sound grammatical knowledge and effective communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and Canva, or the enthusiasm to learn and work with these tools.
- An interest in exploring AI-powered applications such as ChatGPT for content creation, research, and productivity enhancement.
- A proactive, responsible, well-organized, and quality-conscious approach to assigned tasks.
