Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Motor and Pump Service Technician to handle the installation, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electric motors and water pumps. The candidate should have practical technical knowledge and the ability to identify faults and provide effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, inspect, service, and repair electric motors and water pumps.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in motors and pumps.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure proper functioning.
- Inspect motor windings, bearings, seals, impellers, and other components.
- Handle motor rewinding, dismantling, assembling, and replacement of faulty parts, as required.
- Identify pump leakage, low pressure, abnormal noise, overheating, and vibration issues.
- Test equipment after servicing to ensure protected and efficient operation.
- Visit customer locations to attend service requests and maintenance work.




- Maintain service records and provide updates on completed jobs.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and use tools and equipment properly.

Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field preferred.
- Practical experience in motor and pump servicing is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.

Required Skills
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of electrical motors, water pumps, and related components.
- Ability to use basic electrical testing tools and mechanical equipment.
- Willingness to travel for field service visits.
- Good communication skills and a customer-friendly approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Salary

Salary will be based on experience, technical skills, and interview performance.
