Role Description The Motor Claims Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneshwar, responsible for overseeing end-to-end motor insurance claims for the company’s fleet. This role includes managing claim intake, documentation, assessment, and settlement processes while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

The Motor Claims

Manager will coordinate with insurance providers, surveyors, legal teams, and internal operations to expedite claim resolution and minimize financial leakage. Daily responsibilities include analyzing claims data,



monitoring claim volumes and trends, implementing process improvements, and preparing reports for management. The role also involves training and guiding team members on claims best practices, maintaining accurate records, and supporting continuous enhancement of risk management and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Claims Handling and Claims Management skills to manage end-to-end motor claims efficiently.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Claims to ensure compliant and effective claim processing.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review claim data, identify patterns, and optimize loss control and recovery.
- Relevant experience in motor insurance or fleet claims management, preferably in transportation or logistics sectors.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders, with clear written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in using claims management systems and basic office productivity tools for reporting and documentation.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and sound judgment in high-volume, time-sensitive environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Law, or a related field; professional insurance certifications are an advantage.
