AK Logical Technologies, a new product startup in Wagholi, Pune, is hiring for Mobile App Sales & Marketing. Immediate joining.

Open positions

- Business Development Executive (BDE) 5 openings 2.4 LPA + incentives
- Team Leader (Sales) 1 opening 3 LPA + incentives

BDE Responsibilities

- Introduce our mobile application and products and explain their benefits to people in housing societies, offices and public events
- Run product demos and awareness activities in the field
- Generate new leads and keep a daily lead record
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets
- Share customer feedback with the Team Leader

BDE shift timing: Morning shift 7:00 AM 3:00 PM or Day shift 1:00 PM 8:00 PM

Team Leader Responsibilities

- Lead a team of 5+ BDEs and guide them to achieve sales targets
- Visit businesses, societies and offices to plan and run product campaigns
- Prepare daily and weekly business plans for the team
- Track team performance and follow up on leads and sales
- Take responsibility for the business delivered by the team
- Hire, train and build a strong BDE team
- Report progress to management regularly

Incentives

- BDE:



incentive on every sale closed, a bonus at 100% of the monthly target, an extra bonus above 120%, and a Top Performer of the Month award
- Team Leader: 5,000 bonus when the team achieves 100% of its target, milestone incentives as team sales grow, and a quarterly performance bonus
- Rapid-track promotion from BDE to Team Leader for consistent performers

Who can apply

- Ready to work with a new startup product company and grow with it
- BDE: 2 5 years of experience in sales or business development
- Team Leader: 5+ years of sales experience, including experience leading a sales team
- Good communication skills and comfortable with field work
- Two-wheeler preferred
- Preference to candidates living near Wagholi
