Job SummaryWe are looking for skilled Sheet Metal Fabricators and Fitters with experience in stainless steel fabrication, preferably in commercial kitchen equipment manufacturing. The candidate should be capable of reading fabrication drawings, measuring, cutting, bending, fitting and assembling stainless steel components with accuracy and attention to quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform sheet metal fabrication works using stainless steel sheets (SS 202, SS 304 and SS 316).
2. Read and interpret engineering drawings, measurements and fabrication specifications.
3. Carry out marking, measuring, cutting, bending and forming of sheet metal components.
4. Perform fitting and assembly of stainless steel equipment such as work tables, sinks, racks, cabinets, cooking ranges, exhaust hoods and other commercial kitchen equipment.
5. Have practical knowledge of TIG welding, spot welding and other fabrication processes.
6. Ensure proper alignment, dimensions, finishing and quality of fabricated products.
7. Operate and assist with sheet metal machinery, including cutting machines, bending machines and other fabrication tools.
8. Coordinate with welders,



machine operators and production supervisors to complete jobs within timelines.
9. Maintain cleanliness, safety and proper handling of materials and machinery.
10. Identify and rectify fabrication defects to ensure the finished product meets company quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Fitter, Sheet Metal or Fabrication is preferred.
- Previous experience in stainless steel fabrication and fitting.
- Knowledge of sheet metal cutting, bending, marking and assembly.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and measurements.
- Knowledge of TIG welding and stainless steel finishing is an added advantage.
- Ability to use measuring instruments such as measuring tape, vernier calipers and other hand tools.
- Valuable workmanship, attention to detail and ability to work in a team.

Experience1–5 years of relevant experience preferred. Fresh ITI candidates with practical fabrication knowledge may also apply. Salary
- 15k-25k rupees depending on experience.
