Role Description: This is a remote contract role for a Meta Ad Specialist supporting agency and SaaS-focused clients.

The Meta Ad

Specialist will plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to achieve performance and brand goals. Daily tasks include audience research, campaign setup, ad creative collaboration, budget management, A/B testing, and ongoing optimisation based on data insights. The role also involves monitoring campaign performance dashboards, preparing concise reports, coordinating with account and design teams, and staying current with Meta advertising policies and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong Meta Ads expertise, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation,



and optimisation for performance and awareness.
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools to track key metrics, interpret data, and provide clear, actionable insights.
- Ability to collaborate with UX, design, and content teams to align ad creatives and messaging with brand and product goals.
- Experience working with agency or SaaS clients, managing multiple accounts, and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear documentation, reporting, and client-facing communication.
- Comfort working independently in a remote setting, demonstrating reliability, time management, and ownership of deliverables.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies, conversion rate optimisation, and funnel analysis for digital products or e-commerce.
- Knowledge of broader digital marketing concepts, including remarketing, pixel implementation, and integration with CRM or marketing automation tools.
- Previous experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or paid social roles; agency experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
