1. Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled and responsible MEP Executive to manage and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities across the organization's projects and facilities. The candidate will be responsible for planning, installation, inspection, maintenance, and monitoring of MEP systems, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of project work.
1. Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works at project sites.
- Monitor installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, lighting, and power distribution.
- Handle HVAC systems, air conditioning, ventilation, and related mechanical equipment.
- Monitor plumbing systems, water supply, drainage, and sewage arrangements.
- Review MEP drawings, layouts, technical specifications, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings.
- Monitor the installation and maintenance of generators, transformers, pumps, and electrical panels.
- Ensure proper functioning of fire safety systems, emergency lighting, and other safety equipment.
- Identify technical issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
- Monitor material requirements, equipment usage, and contractor activities.
- Ensure MEP work is completed within the approved project budget and timeline.
- Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, and maintenance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, building regulations, and applicable technical requirements.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance activities to minimize equipment breakdowns.
- Support hospital infrastructure development, renovation, and facility maintenance projects.

1. Required Technical Skills

- Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and air conditioning.




- Understanding of electrical wiring, panels, and power distribution.
- Knowledge of plumbing, drainage, and water supply systems.
- Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and layouts.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of fire safety and emergency systems.
- Site supervision and contractor management skills.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.

1. Educational Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Diploma in MEP Engineering will be an added advantage.
- Relevant technical certifications will be preferred.

1. Experience

- 2–5 years of relevant MEP experience preferred.
- Experience in commercial buildings, hospitals, healthcare facilities, or construction projects will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered for junior positions.

- Timely completion of MEP installation and maintenance activities.
- Quality and accuracy of MEP work.
- Reduction in equipment breakdowns and maintenance issues.
- Proper coordination with contractors and project teams.
- Compliance with electrical and fire safety standards.

- Timely submission of daily and monthly progress reports.
- Proper maintenance of equipment and technical records.
- Timely resolution of technical complaints.
- Achievement of project deadlines.

1. Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have robust technical knowledge, practical site experience, and the ability to independently coordinate MEP activities. The candidate must be responsible, proactive, and capable of handling installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and project execution activities.
