Aratt Developers is hiring a skilled MEP Engineer for Bangalore location. The candidate must have hands-on experience in residential construction projects and will be responsible for managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities at site and ensuring timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and execute MEP works at project sites
- Review MEP drawings and technical specifications
- Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems
- Ensure quality standards and safety compliance

Requirements:

- 5-7 years of residential construction experience (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities on site and ensuring timely project execution.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage timelines and multitask effectively.
