Job Summary The Medical Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the hospital's medical operations, ensuring quality patient care, clinical governance, regulatory compliance, and coordination between medical and administrative departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage all clinical and medical operations of the hospital.
- Supervise doctors, consultants, nursing staff, and clinical departments.
- Ensure quality patient care and patient safety standards.
- Monitor OPD, IPD, ICU, Emergency, and OT operations.
- Handle patient complaints, medical escalations, and clinical issues.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards and hospital regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular clinical audits, medical rounds, and departmental meetings.
- Coordinate with HODs and department heads for smooth hospital operations.
- Monitor doctor attendance, duty rosters, and clinical performance.
- Ensure proper implementation of hospital policies and medical protocols.




- Review medical records, clinical documentation, and infection control practices.
- Support hospital management in improving operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Educational Qualification
- MBBS is preferred.
- MD/MS or equivalent postgraduate qualification is desirable.
- Valid Medical Council registration.

Experience
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in hospital administration or clinical management.
- Experience in managing multispeciality hospital operations is preferred.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
