We are looking for a motivated and scientifically driven Medical Representative to join our growing team in the Chandigarh Tricity region.

Job Summary The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting the company's ethical pharmaceutical portfolio to doctors, ENT specialists, pulmonologists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.

The role requires strong communication skills, scientific product knowledge, relationship-building abilities, and a result-oriented approach to achieving sales and prescription-generation objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Doctor & Prescription Generation

- Conduct regular doctor visits and promote the company's ENT and respiratory product portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong qualified relationships with ENT specialists, pulmonologists, physicians, and general practitioners.
- Generate prescriptions through effective scientific detailing and product communication.




- Ensure regular coverage of assigned doctors and healthcare professionals.

2. Territory Management

- Manage the assigned territory across Chandigarh, Panchkula, and Mohali.
- Develop and execute an effective daily, weekly, and monthly doctor-visit plan.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's doctor base.
- Maintain an updated database of doctors, chemists, and relevant healthcare institutions.

3. Scientific Product Promotion

- Communicate product indications, clinical benefits, dosage information, and key differentiating features effectively.
- Conduct scientific discussions using visual aids, product literature, and approved promotional materials.
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with company policies and applicable ethical marketing guidelines.

4. Sales & Business Development

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Drive prescription generation and product demand in the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with distributors, stockists, and chemists to ensure product availability.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market feedback.

5. Reporting & Performance Management

- Maintain daily call reports and doctor-visit records.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Track doctor coverage, prescription trends, product movement,



and territory development.
- Participate in regular sales reviews and product training sessions.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a relevant field.
- B.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc. preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative in ethical pharmaceutical marketing.
- Experience in ENT, respiratory, pulmonology, or allergy segments will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and scientific detailing skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
