Dr Spine is expanding its medical referral network and is looking for confident, ambitious and relationship-oriented professionals who want to build a long-term career in healthcare marketing.
You will work with hospitals, orthopaedic surgeons, neurologists, neurosurgeons, pain specialists and other medical professionals to develop appropriate referral pathways for spine care, pain management and rehabilitation, including post-surgical rehabilitation.
Your responsibilities
· Develop hospital tie-ups and medical referral partnerships.
· Visit hospitals, doctors’ clinics and healthcare institutions.
· Build professional relationships with relevant specialists and hospital decision-makers.
· Coordinate appropriate rehabilitation referral pathways and patient appointments.
· Achieve agreed business development and patient referral targets.
· Maintain CRM records and submit performance reports.
Who should apply?
· BPT/MPT, healthcare management, life sciences, BBA/MBA Marketing or related qualifications preferred.
· Basic knowledge of spine care, physiotherapy or rehabilitation is an advantage.
· Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years’ experience may apply.
· Strong communication, confidence, follow-through and relationship-building skills.
· English and the relevant local language; Kannada for Bengaluru and Odia for Odisha are robust advantages.
· Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and work towards measurable targets.
