We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Technician to handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of rubber manufacturing machinery and equipment. Candidates with strong mechanical maintenance knowledge and basic electrical troubleshooting skills are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

● Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of hydraulic compression moulding presses.

● Troubleshoot hydraulic systems, including pumps, cylinders, valves and pressure-related issues.

● Maintain and troubleshoot Banbury mixers, Intermixers and two-roll mills.

● Identify mechanical faults and carry out repairs to minimise machine downtime.

● Perform regular inspection, lubrication and maintenance of machinery.

● Maintain bearings, gearboxes, motors, couplings, chains and other mechanical components.

● Coordinate with production teams to ensure machinery availability and smooth operations.

● Maintain breakdown reports, maintenance records and preventive maintenance schedules.





● Follow workplace safety standards and maintain tools and equipment properly.

Candidate Requirements

● ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification preferred.

● Minimum 2–3 years of experience in industrial mechanical maintenance.

● Practical knowledge of hydraulic compression moulding presses is essential.

● Experience with Banbury mixers, Intermixers and rubber processing machinery is preferred.

● Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge will be an added advantage; strong electrical expertise is not mandatory.

● Ability to identify faults and independently handle mechanical breakdowns.

● Experience in the rubber manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
