Job DescriptionWe are hiring Mechanical Engineering freshers and experienced professionals for our Plant & Machinery (P&M;) Department, supporting major highway, bridge and flyover construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspection, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of construction machinery.
- Maintenance of excavators, cranes, piling rigs, batching plants, concrete pumps, transit mixers, DG sets and road construction equipment.
- Monitoring equipment utilisation, operating hours, diesel consumption and breakdowns.
- Coordinating machinery repairs,
spare parts, servicing and vendor support.
- Maintaining equipment records, service schedules and maintenance reports.
- Ensuring machinery safety, operational readiness and statutory compliance.
Candidate Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, diesel engines and hydraulics.
- Practical experience in heavy equipment maintenance preferred for experienced candidates.
- Proficiency in basic reporting and MS Excel.
- Willingness to work at construction project sites.
- Freshers with a strong technical interest are encouraged to apply.
