Role Overview

As a Design Engineer at Absolute Composites, you will become an integral part of our cutting-edge Aerospace Engineering & Product Development team. This role offers fresh graduates a rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience in designing next-generation aerospace structures and components in a high-performance setting driven by innovation and technical excellence.

You will work closely with experienced engineers, contribute to real-world aerospace design projects, and gain exposure across the entire engineering lifecycle—from conceptualization to production.

Key Responsibilities

- Engineering Design:

Strong foundation in physics, mathematics, material & structures
- Engineering Analysis:

Assist in structural calculations, material selection, and feasibility studies that contribute directly to component integrity and performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with manufacturing, quality, R&D;,



and engineering teams to review designs, incorporate improvements, and participate in formal design reviews.
- Compliance & Standards:

Ensure all designs adhere to aviation standards, customer requirements, and internal engineering processes.
- Prototype & Testing Support:

Participate in prototype development, design validation, and engineering change management activities.

Preferred Skills

- Strong understanding of aerospace engineering fundamentals
- Basic knowledge of composite structures is an added advantage
- Good knowledge of GD&T; and interpretation of mechanical drawings
- Analytical thinking and robust problem-solving abilities
- Excellent documentation and technical communication skills
