Key Responsibilities

- Site Measurement

- Visit residential project sites to conduct detailed measurements.
- Measure walls, ceiling heights, floor levels, openings, niches, beams, columns, and other architectural elements.
- Capture accurate dimensions of kitchens, wardrobes, bedrooms, living rooms, and other interior spaces.
- Verify actual site dimensions against approved design drawings.
- Identify and report discrepancies between actual site conditions and design specifications.

2. Marking & Layout
- Perform layout marking for modular furniture, kitchen units, wardrobes, lofts, and other interior elements.
- Mark cabinet positions, reference lines, levels, heights, and alignment points as per approved drawings.
- Ensure accurate marking for electrical points, plumbing points, and other service requirements in coordination with the project team.
- Verify clearances, dimensions, and installation requirements before execution.
- Ensure markings are clear, accurate, and easily understood by installation teams.

3. Drawing & Technical Understanding
- Read and interpret interior design drawings and technical layouts.
- Understand modular furniture dimensions, elevations, sections, and installation details.
- Identify drawing mismatches and raise queries with the design or project team.
- Ensure measurements are recorded and communicated accurately.
- Coordinate with designers and project managers for measurement-related clarifications.

4. Site Readiness & Coordination
- Check site readiness before taking final measurements and marking.
- Identify civil, electrical,



plumbing, flooring, and ceiling-related issues that may impact installation.
- Coordinate with Site Supervisors, Project Managers, Designers, and installation teams.
- Report any site deviations that could affect modular furniture installation.
- Ensure measurement and marking activities are completed within project timelines.

5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate site measurement sheets.
- Capture site photographs and relevant measurements.
- Submit measurement and marking reports within defined timelines.
- Highlight deviations, pending work, and technical concerns.
- Ensure all required measurement details are shared with the concerned teams.

Should be thorough in all modular products & accessories aspects.

Good communicator, ability to handle multi-functional activity & pressure in the execution process.

Ability to create positive rapport with internal & external customers.

Forecasting the market trend & align with the business accordingly to keep up the market needs.
