We have placed 2,500+ candidates since 2020 and are expanding our Automotive training vertical.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Master Trainer to lead our 2 & 3 Wheeler Service Technician programme. You will train students from 10th, 12th, ITI and Diploma backgrounds in hands-on servicing of petrol, CNG and LPG two- and three-wheelers, and prepare them for jobs at dealerships, service centres and workshops.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training on 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines, engine overhauling, valve timing and tuning
- Train students on transmission, clutch, gearbox, brakes, suspension, steering, wheels and tyres
- Teach fuel systems: carburettor service, fuel injection (FI) systems and CNG/LPG kits for three-wheelers
- Teach vehicle electricals: wiring harness, battery, ignition, starting and charging systems, lighting and ECU basics
- Train on periodic maintenance, fault diagnosis and repair as per OEM service standards, including BS6 vehicles and diagnostic scanners
- Conduct hands-on workshop sessions, engine dismantling/assembly and live vehicle practice
- Prepare lesson plans, session plans, practical worksheets and assessments aligned with NSQF/ASDC qualification packs
- Conduct internal assessments and prepare candidates for Sector Skill Council assessments
- Plan and monitor student On-the-Job Training (OJT) at partner service centres and dealerships




- Train and mentor junior trainers (Training of Trainers)
- Maintain workshop tools, vehicles, equipment and consumables; ensure safety and 5S in the lab
- Maintain attendance, training records and batch reports for government scheme documentation
- Support placement by building contacts with dealerships and service centres and conducting interview preparation
- Support admissions counselling and demo sessions when required

Requirements

- ITI (MMV / Mechanic Motor Cycle / Mechanic Auto Electrical) or Diploma / B.E. in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in two-wheeler/three-wheeler servicing (dealership/authorised service centre preferred) and at least 1–2 years in training
- Strong knowledge of petrol engines, carburettor and FI systems, BS6 vehicles and diagnostic tools
- Knowledge of CNG/LPG three-wheeler (auto rickshaw) servicing
- ASDC / Sector Skill Council ToT or Master Trainer certification preferred (or willingness to obtain it)
- Fluent in Tamil (mandatory); basic English for documentation
- Positive communication, patience and the ability to teach students from diverse backgrounds

Preferred Skills

- Experience with brands such as Hero, Honda, TVS, Bajaj, Yamaha, Suzuki, Royal Enfield or Piaggio
- Experience with TNSDC / NSDC / PMKVY training programmes
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets)

Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Saturday Ability to commute/relocate: Vedapatti, Coimbatore – required
