About the Role

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and enthusiastic Marketing Operations Assistant to support the company's marketing activities, digital presence, and day-to-day marketing operations.

The ideal candidate should have an understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing activities, content publishing, and basic marketing coordination. This role involves assisting with marketing execution, managing social media page activities, coordinating content schedules, and supporting the marketing team in maintaining a consistent online presence.

The candidate will work closely with the marketing team and management to ensure smooth execution of daily marketing activities and timely delivery of assigned tasks.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 0–1 year in digital marketing, social media, or a related field.
- Age: 18–26 years.
- Freshers with relevant skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Page Management

- Assist in managing the company's social media accounts and digital platforms.
- Upload, schedule, and publish posts, reels, stories, and other content.
- Ensure content is posted according to the approved publishing schedule.
- Maintain consistency across social media pages.
- Monitor page activities and provide regular updates.

1. Marketing Execution & Coordination





- Assist in executing daily marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, video editors, and other team members.
- Follow up on pending content, approvals, and publishing requirements.
- Support the execution of marketing plans and assigned campaigns.
- Ensure marketing tasks are completed within the given timelines.

1. Content & Marketing Support

- Assist in preparing captions, hashtags, and basic promotional content.
- Research trending topics, social media formats, and marketing ideas.
- Collect creative references and competitor content for marketing discussions.
- Support the development of content ideas and promotional activities.
- Assist in maintaining organized content calendars and marketing records.

1. Digital Marketing Support

- Assist with basic digital marketing activities across relevant platforms.
- Support campaign coordination and promotional activities.
- Monitor social media engagement, comments, messages, and page performance.
- Help collect basic performance insights and marketing data.
- Stay updated with current social media trends and digital marketing developments.

1. Reporting & Daily Operations

- Maintain records of published content and completed marketing activities.
- Provide daily task updates to the reporting manager.




- Follow up on pending assignments and ensure timely completion.
- Assist in preparing basic marketing reports and activity summaries.
- Support management with other marketing-related operational tasks.

Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Understanding of social media posting and content scheduling.
- Familiarity with Canva and basic content editing tools is an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts.
- Ability to coordinate with different teams.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to take responsibility.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new marketing tools and techniques.
