We're Hiring | Head of Marketing Fintech / Digital Lending

We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead marketing strategy, customer acquisition, business growth, and customer lifecycle management for our Fintech & Lending business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead overall marketing and growth strategy.
- Drive performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital channels.
- Manage customer acquisition, CAC, ROI, ROAS, and loan disbursal funnels.
- Lead CRM and lifecycle marketing through WhatsApp, SMS, Push Notifications, etc.
- Manage affiliate and partner marketing.
- Drive brand positioning, product marketing, and creative strategy.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.

Required Experience:

- 812+ years of experience in Marketing / Growth / Performance Marketing.
- Solid background in Fintech, Digital Lending, BFSI, or Consumer Finance.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, CleverTap / WebEngage, and Affiliate Marketing.
- Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition and loan disbursals.
