Who We AreDAUGHTOR is an art house based in Kolkata, India, working with renowned and emerging contemporary artists whose works find homes across India and internationally.

Building on our experience in the art world and art fairs, we have expanded into organising and promoting events across different sectors.

We are now looking for enthusiastic Marketing & Outreach Interns to join our growing team.

What Will You Be Doing?Your primary responsibility will be calling, connecting and generating business opportunities.

Here's what your day could look like:

· Calling, Calling & More Calling! – Make cold calls and warm calls to prospective clients, participants and business associates.

· Generate Leads – Identify potential clients and build a strong prospect database.

· Influencer Reach : Identify appropriate influencers and reach out to them

· Follow Up – Because sometimes the magic happens on the second or third call!

· Build Relationships – Nurture prospective clients and convert enquiries into actual business.

· Promote DAUGHTOR Events – Introduce people to our events and participation opportunities.

· Marketing Support – Assist with email campaigns, social media outreach and promotional activities.

· Reporting – Maintain call records, lead updates and daily progress reports.





There may also be opportunities to participate in marketing strategy, content creation and presentations.

Who Are We Looking For?We are not necessarily looking for someone with years of experience. We are looking for the right attitude!

· Excellent communication and conversational skills.

· Fluent in English, Bengali and Hindi.

· Confident and comfortable speaking to strangers over the phone.

· Persuasive, proactive and good at following up.

· Creative thinking and a willingness to learn.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office.

· Must have access to a laptop and a good internet connection.

Freshers are welcome! Graduates, undergraduates and students pursuing BBA, MBA or other courses can apply.

Internship Details· Duration: 2 Months.

· Work Mode: Remote – Work from Home.

· Working Schedule: 3 hours a day, 5 days a week.

· Location: Kolkata preferred.

· Joining: Immediate.
